My only concern is that the grey theming blends with the path much. You might want to play around with the path textures or the building's colours. White?
I'm not going to concern myself with the roof too much because I'm trying to save map data space right now. I'll probably hit the limit and if that happens I'm going to have to ax the hotel. Then I'll go back and do minor stuff like the roof.

And no, it won't be peepable. I've thought about using invisible fences to "herd" them around the park, but just like the roof problem, that requires too much map data.
Looks really cool, but i feel like something is missing.
Needs more detailing on the roof. I can't imagine a Disney roof only having two little vents.
