This is great. Tasteful level of detail for NCSO.

    this is really cool!

Absolutly great. I think it has a good realistic feel for something NCSO.

I quite enjoy this lovely bit of work here. Maybe could use a tad bit more path life though.

You've nailed the NCSO aspect of it, and I cannot wait to see more! (Better than my crap semi-ncso shit build, refer to Montanhoso for proof).

Wooden fence poles done correctly. German NCSO players, take notes.

Please please please make sure there's room between the map edge and the park. It makes it hard to include the NE community in title sequences when that happens.

Well detailed and well composed. Nice work!

I don't like the black on the building on the right. Brown is probably a more suitable colour, in my opinion. But apart from that, this is a very nice screen from you. Good work!

I'm sure you were thrilled when Sandwich Springs didn't make the cut.

Looks good! Though you wouldn't find a building like the one on the left edge of the screen placed that way in reality, that is a type of building specific to harbour areas or at least canals, and should be placed right by the water. Also, except the name (which is proper Danish) nothing about this looks specifically Scandinavian to me, but rather Baltic in general (that house with the crane makes me think of the Zuraw in Gdansk, for example). Maybe if you used more wood in the design of the houses it would be more convincing (to get that famous look of Bergen in Norway).

I felt a bit sad, yes, but it's the other way around. These title sequence regulations are extremely arbitrary and hard to achieve, therefore you need to plop the park into a massive empty desert or plain or something. I wouldn't want this to happen with any NCSO park.

Great screen, nice use of those wooden pole fences.

Wow, thank you for all the lovely comments! Wasn't expecting that so it sure motivates me to finally finish this park. I made the mistake of starting a whole new area the other day instead of perfecting the rest of the park, so I maybe I'll just tear that down again and start finishing :)

Lots of the buildings already have too much brown touches in my opinion, so I like to work on as many colour variation as I can. Not sure if more brown here would be suitable.

It's true, those are typical harbour buildings. You can't really see it on the screen but this is a small harbour area, although the building isn't placed directly near the water. I just used it do decorate the house and to add to the general atmosphere, not to make a perfect realism. But you make a good point, I might look into adjusting the buildings a little.

The whole area is directly inspired by the Old Town in Aarhus, which looks a little like this:

It's not the most typical Scandinavian style but for me a general pleasant atmosphere is more important. The area is tucked away a bit in a corner of the park with not much to do, so I'll try to give it some more life on the paths by adding stores, restaurants and maybe a small extra flatride or boatride :)
