    I like it. A lot. However, I think the two arches on the bridges do not quite work, especially since they're differently sized, and don't rest on any footing. Either make one large arch, or make the river more narrow.

    It's a little impressionistic - the train bridge and factory stacks and conveyor and stuff all look nice, but they're not quite in the right context. Give them a reason to be where they are other than just looking neat - the factory is on the river because it needs the river for something. The factory is near the train tracks because it needs the train tracks for something. Get some interaction happening with a siding and some cars being loaded at the factory, a waterwheel or drain pipes, something to tie it together.

    The more i look at this, there is one thing I might incorporate into the river... ROCKS. Unless there are some type of disruption in the flow, your not going to get rapids or white water.. I still dig the rest of it.
