I'm still working on stuff but here is the full layout. It isn't perfect, in fact I'm not that fond of the zero-g roll but everything else turned out well I think. The building and queue are very hard to get any pics of IRL so some of the stuff is just educated guesses and memory.
For the Cobra Roll I might attempt to use half loops instead of the slope to quarter loop. The top might be pretty wide but its like that IRL. I think portraying the triangular shape is a bit more important here. Perhaps even try raising it one unit off the ground so the slope up to the MCBR can be the same as the drop, assuming the pacing isn't effected too much.
The zero-g doesn't bother me at all, I'm not sure if there is any other way you could do it better an not sacrifice the rest of the layout which is very good.
It looks too stretched out and awkward for RCT in my opinion. Especially that large turn after the breakrun.. you could still keep the same footprint and make that smaller? You don't need the shallow slope pieces leading up the breakrun either. Makes it way too stretched and at the same time kinked. Keeping it flat (or banked) after the cobra roll would be better.
This is a recreation of the infamous parking lot coaster at Six Flags Magic Mountain, Scream! One of the more tricky layouts in the park, but I think it turned out well.

That might be a perfect layout.
Staff building are a little iffy texture wise, I'd maybe go with something a bit more gritty than the marble and wood planks.

That's really as good as you're going to get. Honestly I think you nailed this.

For realism purposes you should put 2 of those trains in transfer and only run one with atrocious dispatch times.

I would, but Scream only has 2 trains now. Lol And I've actually never seen it run one.
