  Don't think I've ever actually seen this, looks neat.

   

  Not sure how the ribcages fit into the theme though.

  I think RRP was going for a mild Western theme here? Desert landscape (in the classic LL-definition of desert), cacti, skulls and what looks like it may be a belltower. All the archy could pass for Western actually (the Spanish-flavoured West, not the Northern one with wooden buildings and bears and forests and mines).
