honestly the biggest issue with this is the clear lack of inspiration that went into building the area. nothing convinces me in the architecture, compostion, or anything else otherwise. getting a clear idea of what exactly you want to build THEN building that will take you a long way. Think of how areas of a park, or even cities and towns are carved and laid out. Think of the features that you want this thing, regardless of what that thing is, to have, both micro and macro.
This is the mainstreet area of my park built in the scenario Leafy Lake. The screenshot features a variety of shops and stalls, Leafy Lake Theatres, Space Invaders (an interactive dark ride), and Leafy Lake Express (a runaway minetrain).
Update: I remade "Space Invaders" into " Curse of the Mummy's Tomb", because I didn't think it fit with the park, and also because it kept crashing.
Very bland and lifeless. Spruce up the paths and look at some other ncso parks for some ideas on how to make your park more lively.
I think everything just needs some more room to breathe. The main street feels very constrained; especially that coaster.
