Looks awesome! Though the building seems one unit too short.
I agree with bsg, the roof should be one unit higher, kind of weird how you have that trim go so high above the roof as well.

The empty grass field is inspired from The Ultimate, that this whole thing is inspired of. I know, it looks akward, but that's intended.
Otherwise you've both building rights on this server for improving stuff hehe
I see. I think you can make it look more like a neatly maintained garden grass field rather than a neglected vacant lot. Place a shady tree here and there. Just one in the corner here for example. Line the grass with paths. Not a seating area, but actual path.
