  Not a bad start. Two things I would change though.
  
  There is way too much path, for a park this small I think 2-3 tile wide path would be fine. Not 5-7 tile wide like you have in some places.
  
  Second, I would raise the scrolling signs on the coaster lift by 1-2 units. They look way too low and close to the track.
  
  I like the atmosphere and color scheme you have though, very relaxed and .
  
  Btw, NCSO means "no custom scenery objects".

  The thumbnail looks very good. Otherwise this is classic RCT2 work but it's really well done. I agree with G Force about the paths. 

  I know the foliage was rushed but next time I would advice you to focus more on it.
