The rest is good, I like the haunted house, and you nailed the swamp feel.
I agree about the rocks. Simples things are the best, in my opinion.
Otherwise, for me it's more about the haunted house. Since it's the main focus of this screen, I think it looks too simple/squarrish and should be bigger/taller.
Foliage is amazing and all the area of the wooden coaster seems to be really interesting. Very nice for a first custom scenery project.

Yeah, you could cut down the amount of rocks. I mostly agree with Julow here, the haunted house itself could be made a lot more impressive. Taller, another floor, some extra details...
But the rest is good. I like the atmosphere and for not using CS on a large scale before, this is very promising. I see a great future for you here on NE.
The colors are a bit odd in a lot of places... the green on the wood, purple roofs, multi-colored rocks.
Simply your colors a bit and I think it would improve this a lot.

Very nice! It'll be interesting to see it within a bigger picture but standing alone this is very cool. Great atmosphere and you really brought over what you were trying to achieve.
