Obviously not completed.. Just wanted to share it. Btw. Using Louis work bench 2017

Not a bad start. Needs some underbrush on the foliage and perhaps some supports on the coaster.

One tip though, posting smaller but finished screens will get you much more respect than large unfinished screens. Makes it easier to give suggestions.

Ok cool. Next screen will be smaller. This is my first post btw so I was trying to figure out how to take a screen with RCTC. Still working on supports... Its a pain in the ass on a phone. My computer crashed so this is all I have to work with. No trainers, nothing. Thanks for the reply

Have you tried openrct2? It runs much better on desktop and has lot of useful features.
  • AWagg88%s's Photo
Yes! That's where I have been building untill my computer crashed. Used to play rct2 back when it came out... Didn't give a crap about scenery.. Came across openrct2 and have been trying to develop my skills. Classic is all I have right now. I was looking for anyway to zero clearance on classic but it's not happening. Is there an open source for Android?

Unfortunately not, for all ZC usage you'll need openrct.

Really nice start, but the one thing I don't  like is that helix right before the first drop. It looks really unrealistic. Other than that, awesome work! :D

  • SensualEthiopianPolice%s's Photo

Yeah, helices are usually used for speed control, so often come right before a brake run. But 270 degree turn before the drop isn't a bad idea at all

I'd suggest looking at some actual wing coaster layouts and coming up with a layout based on them. This layout is all over the place.

That's guys for the responses.. I'm definitely going for realism. Btw just got my computer up and running! Fuck yeah! It was such a bitch.. I learned a lot from trying to play on a tiny screen. Will report back with a new screen shot shortly!

I agree with Coasterbill; it would help to look at the various elements on actual wing coasters, or at least similar B&M models such as the sitdown or the floorless, and going from there. If you're going for realism, you'll want a layout that looks as though it was planned in advance rather than built fairly randomly.

You'll develop scenery skills more quickly now that you're on a computer. RCT2 is much easier to operate with a mouse and keyboard.
