A nice start. I think you might have to vary the shapes of the buildings a bit to avoid making it look too repetitive. But this shows a lot of potential. Looking forward to see more.
I do see potential here as well. It's refinement that you need though. Lagom brings on a good point about repetitiveness.
My suggestions: bring that flat ride a few tiles forward, now it's put against the back wall of another building, that doesn't look that good. Give it some breathing room or even better, some theming. Separate it visually from the back of the main street.
Foliage: good start, the red of the flowers forms a nice contrast to the colourful buildings. Maybe you can put some more organisation in the flower bed? The underbrush can be bushy and wild but visible flower beds tend to be taken care of by the park.
Apart from that, I see promise. Keep experimenting and you might become a great NCSO player. One last suggestion, finish your screens before posting them, people tend to give finished screens more feedback and attention.
