Hey Russ this is really nice! Atmosphere is there, yeah. Really no complaints from me, here's my suggestions, regardless!:
I would see if there's anything you could do with the blank walls above the green awnings on the left and the brown ones on the right. Stacked fences maybe? Not sure of the hacking capability that requires. Architecture looks good otherwise.
I see what you're doing with the station using the ghost train but it kind of comes off as messy for me. Like the station is both open air and also enclosed? I would try and go for one or the other. Otherwise maybe try station objects rather than using track/stations.
The Virginia reel over the queue could done away with I think. I know guests need shade but I actually feel the area would be better without it; less clutter maybe. Maybe throw in some more tall trees for shade?
Unsure about the corrugated steel texture on the water. How do other textures look? Could make things less dark. Unless that's what you're going for.
seeing your style translated to LL, I understand what sets you apart. fantastic screen. also not huge on the station ghost train track but it's not a screen-killer
The station is fantastic, the other buildings not so much. Try tweaking the awning colors or wall types on those to make it match a little better. A good start for sure.
I think the buildings are a bit bland. They could use some windows maybe, i think the black brick wall window/gate could work very well on them. I also don't really get the coaster, seems like it doesn't really integrate with the area very well, but that might just be the screenshot. Other than that, i do really like this!
Thanks for all the positive comments guys, didn't really expect it for something like this.
I'll look into adding some more flowers into the foliage, kind of something I didn't realize I lacked until ya'll started to mention it. When it comes to the station I'm not really sure what I can do, I kind of want a window'd feel but don't want to deal with codex so it might just have to stay like this.
But thanks all! Perhaps I'll progress more on this in the coming weeks, I dont think it will be that big of a park so it could probably be finished by the end of the year or even sooner depending on inspiration/motivation.
Really great man. I agree that some colourful flowers will go a long way.
I also think the ghost train track isn't working in the station. Just looks like you've started building a ghost train there and left it tbh. Maybe use path with banners if you want some kind of pole structure? In fact why not use path for the tunnels too? You would need to use codex i think but would be way cleaner.

Very reminiscent of your RCT2 work and I mean in that in a very good way.

Literally better than anything you've built in RCT2.

I think it needs some colourful flowers, but besides that, it's amazing. Nice.

Your LL is so much better than your RCT2 it's a bit unreal.

Maybe add in some accent colours (flowers, awning, etc.) but the textures are pretty.
