Other than the fact this is literally a less good Westwinds, Russ is certainly an excellent player and copying him isn't the worst thing you could do. Unbelievable level of improvement from some of your initial screens. Once you get confident try utilise this skill for another less copied theme.
I think this screen is a lot more alive than others from this project. Right now all of your buildings are one story and need more variation. I also think varying your inspiration from Gforce to some other builders will help this feel a lot more original if that makes sense.
Try to keep the same roof texture on a building; you have a diagonal tiled roof right in the middle of the screen between steel roofs (I know there's a diagonal steel roof somewhere).
The planters seem like they've just had some trees placed in there without much thought; try adding flowers and other foliage while cleaning up the tree placement a bit.
I see someone who is determined! Watching someone else progress besides myself is amazing thing to watch! Only weak point I can see is your foliage. And I see your accustomed to flat surface, don't be afraid to play around with making mountains and changing the terrain ! Gives it more character
Seeing this park is relatively surreal.

You're developing many aspects of your parkmaking, including a dangerous trim addiction.
Very Westwinds-lite.

Seeing as how Eastwinds is apparently an actual project in the works. Should we call this southwinds or northwinds, henceforth?
Ethiopia is a south eastern country, right?
pacificoaster.exe
East-Arica, located in the Horn of Africa west of Somalia east of Sudan
I also have trademarked the names Southwinds and Northwinds, so he'll need to come up with a new name.
how about starpointe?
Pull a Kvothe and name it the true name of the wind
Well SensualEthiopianPolice's Worlds of Ashbury Park is a bit long.
I do enjoy this. Has a very nice pleasant simplicity.
