  Have you ever considered putting the fringes onto the awnings? It may not be entirely accurate, but from an RCT standpoint it definitely looks better. Given the texture, awnings sometimes just looks like boxes and nothing else.
  
  The white building looks absolutely fantastic though, nice job.

  my only slight problem is the corner building- it seems like the white supports are spaced too far apart? but really great work otherwise

  While what you have done looks very good, I find it a bit of a shame that, from our view, most of what we see is a vast expanse of roofing.  It would've been nice to see more of the street, had it been a bit wider with the buildings further apart (or not as tall).  Keep it up though!  This is coming along excellently.
