I HATE the Ghost Valley, because I always fall out of the track in Super Mario Kart on SNES. But I LOVE your Ghost Valley because I can never imagine anyone would build a Mario Kart circuit in my favorite game!
Never played Mario, Mario Kart or any of those games, so don't have an immediate point of reference. Looks great however as just an RCT project, so...good job!
Noice. One minor critique would be attempting to round off those corners so they're not quite so sharp and angular.
Actually them being so angular is very purposeful, as most SNES tracks featured 90 degree corners, and even in their remade forms they keep this. (Just look at SNES Ghost Valley 2 from Mario Kart Wii)
Just wanted to get some opinions on this screen. Below the track is obviously supposed to be kind of dark and misty. You guys think that using the black background below the mist that I substituted in this shot is better than the original screen I posted with the darker grey style?
This track gets it's name from the SNES version of Mario Kart, combining some elements from the original Ghost Valley tracks, Banshee Boardwalk, and perhaps a touch of Twisted Mansion.

Looks good once again. I'd maybe swap out the path on the left for something else, but other than that this gets a full pass from me.

Reminds me of the haunted area in John's Peony Gardens, which is a fantastic thing. Good stuff
Speaking of which, if anyone has that park please slide into my pm's...

So amazing to see you transform such iconic tracks, and do it so incredibly well.
