Constructive criticism is the best way to improve, so make sure you listen to what people have to say.
First off, I'll start with what I like. The looping coaster's layout isn't awful. It certainly feels Schwarzkopf enough, but it could use some refinement. Try checking out some of their coaster layouts on rcdb.com (if you have not already) and try to avoid elements like that really drawn out ground level turn before the brake run. The way it goes through the gas station is pretty unique, and I like it, but the lift supports and overall themeing could use some improvement (more detail, an actual station). You'll hear a lot about not having coaster stations on the ground too, it's often best to elevate them a little bit.
Much of the issues that I have with this area is an air of it being very unfinished. Many of the rides lack stations, and any stations or themeing that is there currently seems rather bare-bones and lacking in any real depth. Just placing a few of the large urban scenery items doesn't make it a downtown, there is more that goes into a city than buildings.
You really should start building with scenery, theming and stuff like that, if you want to post on this site. Just look at the stuff other people are doing here, and you'll clearly see the difference.

Is this your first park? It's really empty and the scenery that is there is bland and textureless. Also, I don't like the ride placement.

Or use the Tile Inspector in ORCT2, or use ORCT2 and set the ride to "Crooked House"

EXCUSE ME, is that a pre-built circus tent with a slightly different color?

. . . Please, don't try mocking me. . .
On another note, that's one of the default color schemes.
