  Good like your other screen, too. Your terrain heights are very jumpy. Some building is one a high plateau next to something else and it clashes. So need to work on your land tool composition sense. Otherwise full of potential.

  There is so much potential in this, but it also feels a little bit messy with all these jarring colours.

  Yep, colours are a bit messy. Everything around the paths as well as the foliage in general is very unrefined. But somehow this is just awesome. It feels like you've built a world that is the scene of a cartoon. The emphasis on sports for example gives this city/park/thing a unique feel.
