I think the biggest problem with this screen is how huge the station is. I get that it's a palace, but it's a lot of flat wall and red roofing. Maybe try to either reduce the size of the station significantly so it isn't so overpowering in this area, or try to make it more interesting, maybe by adding some more castle-like elements. I definitely think changing the roof color or breaking up the red more would help. I like the foliage and such around the path from what I can see of it. Just my two cents.

You should definitely look around a little bit overhere! Look at some of the awesome parks other people have built and get yourself some inspiration and a feeling for the variety of high quality rct2 work!
If it's a palace, I think you need a grand entrance somewhere and more ornamentation. This looks like a dystopian shitty social housing block with weirdly shiny red roofs. Try to build with a few reference pictures from the real world. It helps!

The windows are too predictably placed. Try using less of them in a more random pattern.
