The architecture feels a little too blocky, and it has the same layer-cake kind of feel some of mine used to - don't be afraid to stick to one material for your walls.
Layer cake architecture is definitely a pitfall indeed, but I think it works in this case. Mostly. I don't think it works for the station. Because of all the layers (it is quite extreme there...) it doesn't even look like a single structure. Think how you can tie such a building together with vertical elements. This is industrial, right? Why not give the building an external steel frame? If you do that also cut down on the layers a little bit to avoid sensory overload.
