Use of zero clearance can cause this, especially when quarter-tile objects are used - such glitches are inevitable when sprites are handled the way they are. Using the tile inspector to reorder the problem elements can sometimes fix the problem, but not always.
If the issue is not reproducible in vanilla, then submit a bug report here, as it's probably an issue with the paint setup.
Overall atmosphere is nice and architecture is solid (the white building/pink roof is wonderful). However, I think that hill on the wooden coaster might be a murder machine; the clearance on those tunnels is nuts.
I actually don't like that hill. The interaction is cool but it blocks the view of that building and looks out of place there. The rest looks really good.

Thanks. I'm feeling something odd but couldn't find it. Now that's it. I've removed the hill and replaced it with a 2×2 sized oak tree.

I couldn't figure out whether the hill was part of the layout or only for the ride entrance.
Anyway, rest is wonderful.

If you layer objects in the tile inspector, you can have the game render them in a different order.
