  Looks very nice, but maybe needs a few more "abandoned" touches to really be convincing in that respect.

  I agree that there could be more hints at abandonment, but the weeds on the land and water are a nice start.

  But on the building: great work, the bricks naturally look slightly different in colour which helps age it and give it that 'old' feel, but agree it could do with some subtle decay to show it is abandoned not just old, maybe a window or two without glass and some plant life growing through the wall or roof somewhere, perhaps.
