Allow me to nitpick: your work is characterised by stark contrasts. For example, lots of buildings and all of the planters are literally framed in harsh black. I like that a lot, but the entrance building is very soft to the eyes. Therefore it gets pushed to the background, whereas the entrance is usually one of the main focal points of an area like this one. Some simple strategic recolouring can solve this. Feel free to disagree. It's a great area anyway, very atmospheric. Except for this and the tarmac paths I wouldn't change a thing.
I can see what Liampie's saying about the black outlines, and imo it proves here to be a very good technique for ensuring certain buildings and features don't blend in with their surroundings. It's like looking at a serious cartoon. A very enjoyable screen, and I love all the circular turrets dotted around.
Kind of Canthose-sque. Good job.
