Definately too much grey. I also think the layout is very spread out and large. Bring every thing in closer together, will help connect the scale of the architecture with the rest.
Too much grey, that's always a problem when I build. I'll go back and try to recolor some of the fencework around the station, and the scaffolding beneath the stairs. I've tried a few designs with the station base, but none of them looked good, so I just went with bare concrete; I'll try to go back again and get some more colors in there. The pathwork I definitely want to try to keep concrete, at least the queue and exit paths; if all else fails, I'll change the main paths to get some more colors in there.
I always used to struggle with color myself. Often times the plain brown is a good substitute for grey in some cases. Other times, trying to use different textures that allow for color is helpful. Instead of a concrete wall, make a brick or metal wall... Things like that.
Colorful foliage and stuff outside the ride is also helpful. Often times it's a bit hard to judge something without foliage as it can change the feel so much when its present.
I don't think it's too much gray, but you shouldn't add any more. Anything else you add in the area should have different colors, then it will balance out more.
I've been working on this for a few weeks now, it's still very unfinished but I'm starting to lose momentum so I'm turning to the community for ideas/feedback. More images of the layout can be found here: http://imgur.com/a/i7apH

If you don't know how to work with colors, it could be useful to wrap your rides in a theme. I'm missing the swegg right now.

Needs an accent color for sure.

With variations in color/texture and foliage, this would actually look very nice.
