It's not bad at all, it's just way too messy. Like Sulakke says, just too many objects. But I like how you try to use less common objects, that's what makes it original.
the thing is, and i dont know if this is a good or bad thing, but i get ocd as shit when building and has to get every single detail right. I actually get bothered as hell when i build something from a ref pic and i dont have 100% of the details added in the picture. RCT is bad at translating it though, and it's why poe was so messy

I had the same problem before, lol i just use alot less detail.
The Pizza Pasta building itself was fine. The rest might have been a bit over detailed and over dense. Personally never really had a problem with it, except for maybe the building between the Pizza Pasta and the Coaster. Always felt a bit out of scale and overdone for its purpose. Could have been a bit smaller and simpler to balance the area a bit more.

I would say this screen is messy, but not complex. Complexity is when something becomes very difficult to understand, like "how did he do this". I understand everything you did here. Messiness to me is when it's hard to focus on something or when it's incoherent as a whole, and that can be due to many reasons, too many details and layers is only one of them. That's what happend to me in this screen, it's hard to focus on because it has too many diffent objects crammed in a small place. But as I said, mesiness is often but not always a bad thing.

This area is ruined by complexity. The architecture is way too busy. Would have been so much better if you had removed 15% of the objects.
