Very nice. I think the Ferris Wheel is one piece to wide in the middle. Or the non-steep diagonal piece should be steeper and longer. However its still the best custom ferris wheel I have seen so far.
The rest of the screen also looks very good. I like the interacting of the side friction coaster. It's such an underused ride.
The way he structures his buildings and rides seem like someone who originated their style form paul. Much more than Liam's newer work, which does a better job of feeling unique. It might be the older nature of this but it seems a lot like some later paul work, such as Attractienpark Kirkland, in terms of its object choices and design.
Color scheme is very different as is the custom rides and lack of huts. Which are positive things.
This doesn't look like Paul at all and there are default huts btw, but I do agree it has some kind of retro atmosphere with modern techniques. Wonderful screen, I love the simplicity of the custom ferris wheel.
That custom ferris wheel is amazing! But the tower with the clocks on the building behind it isn't really up to par with the rest of this park, I think... If you just had one more unit of bare wall above the clock itself it'd probably look better, more symmetrical.
Side friction coasters are always welcome! But why didn't you just use the reverser cars? Would've looked exactly like one of those old school "scenic railways" if you had like a two-car train with the reverser cars!
I don't know how I feel about the side friction. To me it doesn't really belong there and just feels forced. Also, I think smaller umbrellas for the tables would be better. The rest is lovely.
@Recurious: I agree that the ferris wheel isn't round enough and there are a few improvements I could make if I wanted to. For example I made a mistake somewhere and the whole thing is subtly asymmetric. Too much work though, I'm not touching this thing ever again.
@G Force: just no. Your second reply sounds like a fair analysis but personally I don't see it. Guess I'm too familiar with my and Paul's stuff to notice.
@mintliqueur: if I raised that tower a bit to give the clock some space, it wouldn't be nicely divided in units of five clearances high... I prefer the consistent proportions over the clock clearance. Thanks for pointing it out though! I did consider changing it.
@JJMForce: oh, did I steal something again? Can't deny the similarities, but take away the round cabins and they're nothing alike. My ferris wheel is modeled after Lagom's, on a smaller scale. I haven't even looked at yours since the summer, and this wheel was built last December.
@Poke: I might mix big and small umbrellas, thanks for giving me the idea
@Austin55: with more time... Are you kidding me? This has been in the works for eight years. But seriously, what would you change first?

Yes, I've come to the conclusion that you dont even notice his style because its just how you see everything. Even real life probably.

I love this area, it feels so charming. And the ferris wheel has that Soviet/Eastern Europe look to match, which fits this park perfectly.

Finally a custom ferris wheel that actually looks round. I'd make the supports slightly thicker though.

I find it frustrating that this is all composed so well and really beautiful in the big picture, but I know that it could be better with more time.
Great screen though.
