I personally love that youre not compromising the realism/vibe of it by making it more "interesting". It feels more... endearing? That youre staying faithful to this place from real life.
I agree that the grey brick should change, whether it's for realism or not. Structure itself is really great though. Those tables need some umbrellas -- I'm getting hot just looking at them (which is great because you've conveyed that perfectly).
I like what you're doing with this park. I'm getting a serious New England water park vibe and I love that you're sticking with it. Can't wait to see this.
The fact there's more foliage and thus green makes this already much better than last screen. I think that chosing another path type would help the atmosphere a lot. That gray looks too depressive for a waterpark.
Colors can improve. Directly pulling colors from IRL parks, especially ones like this is troublesome in RCT. I'd see if you can brighten them up a bit to add some more atmosphere.
Again, I feel the foliage is to sparse, especially around the mass of trees.

This, and I also agree on the comments about the sparse foliage. I like this screen more than the other ones though and the slides are really well done.

Agreed! Also, is that an entrance to the showers behind the grill? Great detail.
I like the bright coloured slides with the plain grass beneath. Nice, captivating colour combination, I think.

Having a grey brick wall building seems so boring and generic for a water park. Slide looks cool though.

I'm a fan of your lightposts.

I agree with trav. The grey wall also blends too much with the path. Definitely change it to a different color.
Is this a recreation?

I don't mind the grey brick, but peach will work fine as well. Foliage needs work, this looks unfinished.

Clever idea with the t-shirt colour. Love it.
The only small thing that bothers me is the wooden fence. Maybe there is a better alternative.
Can't wait for this park.

Loving the landscaping and foliage; such a great natural feel.

It looks nice, but I'm not quite sure about the building itself. It is very long.
Also, for the sake of consistency I'd suggest you add second fences on the slopes, so the whole fence has a uniform height.
