Technically very well done but also not very interesting. That blue building is really nice but then that brown shop in front of it ruins the great vibe it gives off. I guess the transition between areas could be better? Not sure. Atmosphere just isn't there for me.
This park could benefit greatly from more peeps. Up the peep count before releasing it and that should breathe some much needed life into the pathways.
Gotta agree with Steve here. It all very well-made but it doesn't really come together as a whole, but I don't know how you could really fix that without redoing much of it (which I'm sure you don't want to do).
This could also be the fault of the photo crop and may look a lot better in-game.
Kind of agree with Kyle and Steve as well, maybe some bigger trees would help separate the areas a bit more and give each element a more isolated feel. Especially behind the brown building in the middle, seeing the back of that through those small trees around the pond wouldn't exactly give off the best vibe.
I can't remember if you've used them yet. But some of those large, Liampie, multiple object trees would do wonders here.
I find it quite atmospheric actually, but yeah, the transition between the areas is maybe a little too sharp... The foliage is very nice though, and most of all, that curve on the coaster, simply beautiful!
Like I said in the stream yesterday, I would try to swap the yellow trees for lush green ones with Parkdat, and see how it looks. This park is pretty awesome, but also pretty grim, like That Guy's Wasteland.

Second choice:
If you're keeping the brown building (which I wouldn't do, it doesn't add anything atmospherically or stylistically) then at least add some windows or something to the backside.
The screen is great, especially the dark color scheme fits pretty well. Only the transition between the concrete to the dirt path works not that good in my eyes.
Slowly but surely, KnoxVegas is approaching the finish line. The object limit has been a bitch, but the park is now fully pathed and peeps are roaming free.
Still need to add shops, benches and lamps, but it's getting there.

If all your architecture was as good as that blue building and some of the other in the area it would really push this park over the top.
Glad to see your able to get around the object limit though, peeps are adding a lot to the park as well.
