I think it is credible as an extremely boring ugly ride. I liked the go karts better because they looked more interesting. If you can find a way to make this thing more interesting (through modest but unique theming or otherwise) then it may be an improvement.
Personally this is fine. Maybe too much blue, add white in or another shade of blue. At the end of the day I don't see why the park needs this, just release it.
If his goal is to build a boring generic theme, then he did a good job. From the path the ride looks fairly standard, and I kind of like how barren the backlot area is with the defunct teacups and empty spotty land. More detailing in the backlot will ironically bring this more life.
It lacks that pop that, say, pacificoaster or robbie would give this area/ride that would make it be fantastic albeit generic as all hell. Try some bright trim colors (probably dark blue). I feel that you missed the opportunity to nuance a peep/ride moment with the final turn. I'd add some pathing ques there (awnings, something) to bring that out.
needs more go kart track
What's wrong with the architecture? It looks fine to me, for a generic theme.
yeah compared to the rest of the park this looks just meh.
What is this shit?

name sucks. I'd do something to "hide" the backstage stuff from view while guests are at the top. A wall or enclosure or something.
It's good, but seriously just so boring.
