I still think the upper awnings extend too far out. And now that I know it's a Disney main street, it's even more important. Disney's main street is built so that its second story is 3/4 scale. In RCT2, that's less important, but still something to remember, so that nothing on the upper levels is larger than on the lower levels. That gives the opposite illusion.
your scale seems really small, but its still great. not exactly disney, (as faas said, a label isn't always desired), it feels quite a bit more french. or a bit like phantasialand's main street
It does look a bit odd with that carousel cover, which looks good on it's own, but may not really go well with this style architecture. Lots of smaller parks have neat little main streets and this could potentially be a great fit for BLAP. As others have said, the Disney vibe isn't quite there for me.
As others have mentioned to, watch out for scale. It'd do with being a tad bigger.

Awesome architecture. I'm not sure about putting a Disney-label on it because people tend to get all up in their ass when they see that word.

I don't see how it doesn't. I'd just keep it and build a mainstreet like that.
