Player one starts the park and builds for 15 minutes. Then he sends the park to player two. Player Two builds 15minutes and sends it to player three... After every player had his turn, the park get´s back to player one who builds 15minutes and sends it to player two... This circle get´s repeated over and over until the park is finished.

There is no formal order or turns really. Two players can swap the park back a fourth between themselves for as long as they like so long as neither builds for more than 15min at a time.
Because of this probably over 2/3rds of the park was built by Austin and Nin.
