Nice job picking the absolute worst part of the park for a #fbf screen.

Despite being a little around some of the edges, this is actually one of my favourite areas in the park. The cute archy with the well done storefronts, the pier with the lone lamp post at the end, the tide markings and sea weeds... The British seaside town vibe is so strong here that it blew me away when I first saw it.

There are more screens of Zippo's in the #fbf queue, so don't worry that this park will lack proper attention in the end. ;)

Its just so standard, the architecture and the setting aren't anything unique or memorable really, which to me is the best aspect of the park.  The medieval area or the industrial area are definitely my favorite.

You can probably count all Scottish themes that have been done in RCT on one hand, and most of those were not even trying to be accurate. This one is, at least it achieved a minimal but unique (point out some similar areas to me please), effective and instantly recognizable as the theme it is portraying.

Memorable is subjective. Unique? Can't see how you disagree with that...

The architecture is just super forgettable, like every European themed are it has peaked roofs and flat facades. The castle and golf course sections are pretty awesome though. Its just the cluster of building here and a bit to the left that feel like a huge deadzone in the park for me. Each of the 4 corner areas just stand out a lot more and do a lot more for the park in my opinion, the middle is sort of a lost cause, atleast architecturally. Not to say the theming isn't bad, its just not that interesting outside of the few bits like the gold course, church and dock.

Yeah, a lot of areas set somewhere in Europe have peaked roofs and flat facades. Same for many areas set in South America, North America or Asia. Because that's how buildings tend to look. Doors and windows are two more cliches I'm sure you forgot to mention. It would be nice if someone made a park with just themeless box shaped buildings for a change, that would be really refreshing...

Definitely one of the areas I will always remember if this helps your discussion. One of my favorite parks and I loved this area.

This is one of my favorite areas of all time and absolutely the best part of the park in my opinion. Ive spent a lot of time in Scotland and he nails it.

I think the shear density of this area really made it feel different from the rest of the park. It doesn't seem to belong IMO. It doesn't stand out as being bad to me though as I think the whole park is quite consistent.
