You've already hit high level of cedar fair-realism thing. I don't want to cast a chill over but honestly I'd like to see you approach another style of realism, or spread your spectrum even further(fantasy?).
This park will have some themed areas, kind of like Worlds of Fun in Kansas. Might just be the slightly genericness with a touch of tudor architecture here that makes it seems a lot like WW. There will be an African and Asian area for sure, might do a more European style area too.
It will be a completely different park (well as different as realistic American parks can get), I promise that.
I'm more excited for the themed areas, but this looks great if you ask me. Huge improvement of the foliage. Those oaks still look hideous, though. I love those little turnstiles. Not sure about the tower of the woodie station. The roof does not work at all. Definitely try to improve that.
Very good start for a generic park, it's as good as the best parts Westwinds had to offer. But it's not a good start for a theme park, as it's still predictable, cliche and a tad boring. Still the same old one storey bungalow sprawl.
I'm so happy to see this, keep building what you enjoy building. I love your current style and can't wait to see what you come up with. Hopefully this time you get the recognition you deserve but either way, keep having fun.
It looks extremely good and the atmosphere does work if you're going for a Cedar Fair / 70s America Corporate Park feel. Based on your description though this might be more of a small park? Those tend to have more sparse and simple architecture - particularly for stuff like the station buildings - and more exposed games / stalls / temporary trailers for foodstuffs, etc.
This is almost TOO nice to be an small American park without capturing a New England or Pennsylvania feel. It really reminds me of the "Coney Island" part of King's Island more than anything. Not that it's bad... just not sure if it's what you're going for..?
You can use the same hack you use to remove ride huts on an entrance banner so it's not floating like that. It doesn't always work right when you view it in open RCT but it always works in the actual version.

Shit's good dude. Not sure if the fact that this looks straight out of Westwinds is good or bad though.

It just looks like duplicated Westwinds to me.

Reminds me a bit of Liam's 'modern' Efteling recreations mixed with Westwinds.
