  I really love this. The building on the right, the turtle sculptures, the layout, the sewer. It all just feels right.

  The square-ness of the buildings works really well, and the whole area has a nice colour scheme too.  But, while I like the idea of the turtle figures, I can't quite tell what position they are in.

  It's a photo spot for the guests. Or do you mean the poses of the statues?

  Yes, the poses.  It's very clearly a photo spot and I can tell that it's of the four turtles, so the idea has come across well. I was just struggling a bit to tell whose arms and legs were whose.  It might be clearer in game though, with different angles to view it at.
