The city itself is cool. I like the monorail too. But then it's a sort of random Nemesis style coaster just underneath that hugs the terrain. The terrain hugging is well done, but I guess I'd expect a coaster to have less height restriction when surrounded by high rises... especially seeing as you missed any opportunity to have your feet barely miss a monorail.
Maybe replace the drop before the zero-g-roll with a lesser slope, something that hugs the terrain a bit more naturally. I like what you're trying to do here so far but the buildings on the left aren't that great.
I like the upper village. You definitely improved your facade-building-style. The lower area with the station looks already a bit post-apocalypse with those wild-grown bushes and rusty walls on your buildings.
As mentioned for the left-side buildings, try to make the glass tiles from the higher buildings 3 instead of two tiles high, maybe this would help to make it feel more calm and structured. The red-tan glasses on the building in the upper-middle do not fit. The blue-glassed building in the forest is to acstract, at least for me.
