I think that brown building on the left is getting there. Overall suggestions: higher buildings, more cohesion. The colors are a bit off and im not really seeing the theme, but i think its meant to be caribbean? Take a look at some real buildings and try to emulate the styles and architectural pieces you see there
The brick building on the right with the funky roof is very cool. The one with the long balcony just to the left of it is meh. The rest are decent. I don't like the sudden shift from red brick to white. Not sure if there's a way to get that to transition better, even if just going to asphalt for a bit. I don't think there's much reason to switch from one type of brick to another.

Tone down your scale a bit more; your buildings are unnecessarily massive.
