True, themeing is great. Maybe take some lessons from your first park release on foliage. With some effort you'll love improving this aspect of your building skills! Foliage brings everything together.
Honestly, I'm not put off by the landscaping at all. I think it accentuates the height of the towers and adds to the theme. A little more work on it wouldn't hurt I suppose (some sloped corners of land for a bit of jaggedness perhaps), but I do admire the steep cliff look. The wood and stone theme is working well, in my opinion, and the coaster colours really help it stand out, as well as giving the whole area a medieval magic vibe which I like.
