This doesn't really feel that much like a SF park, doesn't really have the themes or structure. However, it still looks good, the main street area looks especially nice and colorful. Only thing I would suggest would be to add a little more foliage at the top of the park, seems really open to me.
Agree with Bill, needs more architecture I think. I still think that the green coaster is probably a little oversized and the foliage has never so obviously been filler in place of architecture within the actual park.
Still, you've finished a reasonably sized park in CSO which has seen you develop a lot as a player so kudos for that. Should be interesting to see in-game.
Agree with the others... feels a bit bare, I'd maybe keep it for a bit longer and make it less of a twisted J shaped park and actually fill out the area that I assume is currently parking lot to be more park. The log flume entirely over water seems a bit weird too.

Nice looking architecture on the main midway, I'd love to see more of that throughout.

It's a bit small for Six Flags, I think, but then again.. it's only Idaho.
Seems like a big step up from your previous cso work, so kudos to you on that.
