Now that is some RCT right there. I do think that you're using too much of the sand though, the transition between foliage and bare land is too quick. Nothing wrong with some actual grass (eg that entire land area behind the umbrellas could probably do being grass in my opinion).
You might also consider adding the 1/8 tile brick piece to the inside of those white arches, the sharp corner is a little unpleasant.
Of course you made a working ladder game...(unless it's scenery in which case less impressive but still genius) haha
The entrance building could use a little more work and color, right now the whole thing just seems bare and blocky. Maybe add a waterfall or some foliage on the building to make it a little more interesting. Rest is really nice, the other buildings/shops all have a lot of atmosphere.
I agree with G Force about some of the blockiness, as well as Stoksy with easing the foliage transitions, but this is fantastic. I'm really loving the atmosphere of this.
Yeah, this is becoming one of my most anticipated parks on NE. You're creating a great atmosphere here. Play a bit more with the foliage. I would think some light brown grasses along the foliage edges would make it a bit more rugged and flow better into the sandy areas. And maybe added some 1/4 tile bricks (there are a few different thicknesses you can use) sticking out along some of the brick buildings to add more dimension to them. It's already great, but it will be double-great as you tweak it and finish up the area.

Thanks! But keep anticipating because this will be awhile, lol. And don't worry, I'll absolutely make some tweaks and appreciate the great feedback so far.

Trying to find a way to complain about too much yellow but I don't know what to say. So never mind, I like it.

I can't quite put my finger on it, but damn that queue cover looks great.
Glad to see you back at it. Can't wait for more!

Really liking this. I think maybe to much yellow but yellow is a color I just hate anyway.
