  Anyway, not too much to comment on it.  It all definitely needs refinement.  I like that tree surrounded by that white tent structure thing.

  I don't think it needs refinement. Everything is very simple and clean in an effective way. It lacks interesting features (except for the white pergola) and atmosphere though.

  I think there's a lot of pale colour here - cream, beige, light brown, pale pink and grey - and while they all add different textures, I still feel that most things here are too under-detailed. You're off to a great start, with a well laid out street scene, arching round a focal coaster, but I would suggest trying to include an additional style, whether this be a common detail on the buildings, an extra colour/s, or just something to break up the blankness of the plain walls and roofs. It's all very promising, but I think there's plenty of room for you to really develop it further.
