  There are No rules... just sort of a hard call. most of my tbfs are from unfinished parks so therefore "still in progress" technically. I guess the issue here is you still actively advertise this park, no?

  Regardless of rules, i just love the "Chicago" sign as a whole. The rippling water around it and the underwater supports give life to the whole screen imo.
