There was once a Duke, named De Graaf. He was a proud owner of an estate with a lot of land.
How he got all the money to finance it, nobody knows, but some say he was a salesmen in a special kind of brooms.
But with all the money he had, he had also a lot of worries. Lately he won't come out of his estate and would protect his money from the thieves all around the world.
But is that a life to live? That was the daily talk of the farmers living outside the borders of his estate.
What will the Duke do? Will the thieves steal his money or are the farmers going to do something? I don't know yet, but we will find out.
To the ones who don't understand, look up renaissance parks. Not saying this looks like one but huge boulevards through gardens or forests are historically not uncommon for Europe when connected to palaces.
Amazing. What's up with his mansion having only steel roofs? Is he an industrial giant?
It's cheaper, cheaper is better.
I just don't understand why there's these massive paths around the estate already.

This, in Europe it is common to have a park like garden around the estate.
Cars?
There is one car in the screens, a pink one. It is not a busy road right now, but it will have cars riding it eventually.

I thought this was going to be a limerick and was sorely disappointed
I stole this idea a bit from Liampie, same as the thumbnail idea. Hope that is not a problem, cause I am a huge fan of his park "Bedriegertjes". If it is a problem, pm me and I will take it down. For now enjoy the story.

Yeey! Another time-line park! Story sounds quite good. Tend to agree with Faas about the roofs though. Rest seems very good.
The simplicity in the first screen, accompanied by the faded tones, makes for a lovely composition overall. Interested to see where this all leads!

I don't know what a limerick is, so I'm sorry? ;P
Thanks everyone for the comments.
