Not quite as good as your older screens, seems a little bare. Also, use mom for the half tile diagonal path instead of land blocks. Gets rid of that ugly line between the ground and objects.
For some reason this screen is giving me more of a Cedar Fair impression rather than Six Flags, but then again I have never been to a Six Flags park, so I'm not really sure how their infrastructure compares. I would assume cheaper looking?
Nevertheless, it's still looking good! I really dig the ladder climb, and I agree with what Faas said. Maybe it just needs some benches, trash cans, and lamps.
Also, on an unrelated note is your Universal park still in the works? I remember that one screen with the cineplex was incredible!
G Force, thanks for your advise, but I'm not using land blocks, and I'm not that bordered by the thin line.
Maxwell, I haven't been to any six flags parks as well, I'm all building by google maps, bing maps and several photo's.
About the Benches, trash cans and lamps, they will all be installed together with food and souvenir stalls etc.when most of the park is finished. I might say I'm on 49%
I'd make an effort to replace the dark brown tarmac path with gee's mulch path. It'll make the planters clearer to viewers in my opinion and also add a non-tarmac texture to differentiate between path and planter.
This. Though my first though is grim, rather than bland. This is the most depressing theme park ever. What happened to theming, Gijs? You can do good theming, I remember so ace Chinese stuff. Yet all you've shown in years are generic screens.
It might all look very bland, or have have grim feeling. But this is how I build. I am using bright colors and theming but It all has to fit and match in the surroundings.
As you can see at the Tags, there's ons which says Unfinished. Image the screen when flowers, trash cans, lamps, benshes, and billboards are added.
Ans yes the screens might look like the ones before, But at this version I finally got the right layout and feeling in the park, which will also be the last one I'm doing.
gijesus christ this screen is so boring. devoid of any cool details on the buildings- imperfections- that would make hella stale shit like this lively; i'm not even talking about path details. the reason why this screen is the equivalent to an atmospheric eunuch is the fact that every color you use is so dull, from strucures to paths to even foliage.

Faas, you might have to take a look at the tags.

I actually sort of like the slightly depressing realism. reminds me of, well, real parks

I wish you didn't get rid of that chairlift, it was my favorite part of this park.

Flowers would help the dullness.
