I think I agree with the "it's the supports" crowd. Dark purple, black, or just a darker brown would probably work better for them. I really like white for the track.
If you have the angled pieces available it would be worthwhile to cut some of the sharper edges of the path. Or maybe just place some "potted plants" or "street vendors" or something near the corners to mellow them out.
path need somelove not only in shape but also in life...
coaster colours are fine although I'd personally suggest the track being deep blue, the foliage desperatly needs some love and the general architecture is very blocky and needs more depth both in terms of shape and details, get some life in there, I know peeps will add a ton but I don't think that alone will solve it... the architecture is very bulky and I know that's the theme, but don't use that as an (sorry for the harsh word) excuse to not extend the theme into your own style, add canvasses, you need shade in a warm country, they're also a good way of adding colour where there is generally lacking in a brown/tan based palette like you have with this theme

The path is so squared off. The fence kills it.

Thanks for all the feedback I'm getting. It is not only motivating, but also very helpfull.
One question: when said "foliage needs some love", any suggestions on how to?! I've put in another tree but guess there must be something else done.
