  This is a great way to build.  It's nice to see the two plains, above and below the water, in terms of form and function respectively.  A really clever way of adding actual depth to a theme.

  I really love the underwater bits! Interesting textures as well. I wish the shapes of the buildings themselves were more interesting though.
