Wow, nice to see you back here. Would be great if Thorpe Point would be released. But... how finished is it? If it's like 95%, I suggest you either wrap it up yourself in a few sessions or hand it over to someone willing who can do it for you. Adding peeps and stuff. In this park's case it might be worth it.

My reaction from our PM convo last year:

Oh man, I finally finally finally got to see this park. Can't believe it. Took me about 15mins just to get the missing objects from the database, but well, here we are!

This park is pretty much a macro masterpiece. It's much the style I always admired and was hardly ever capable to build myself. The only negative concern I have is that the park feels maybe a bit too coaster packed with too little attention to other attractions or just recreational areas. Otherwise, I really enjoyed this. Especially your land tool usage. There's a continuous level of elevation going on that is just right between the boring and exaggerated extremes. The complimenting foliage you add is balancing and beautiful. All the exposure of the attractions is well done and you go through the park feeling peacefully at ease and excited at once, because everything is so easy to explore. This is really special. You just know how to give coasters their own good space so that they can breathe. A lot of people just cram too much stuff in too little space I think.

I wish you may have done a bit more theming overall. I realise this is not predominantly meant to be a theme park, but still of the bits of theming some rides had I always thought you did an excellent job on. For example Expedition Etna or the T1000 top spin.

The bobsled is absolutely fantastic. Perhaps the best ever built, seeing as hardly anyone ever did one.

I was really impressed with Curse of the Darkmine as well. It's beautiful as is, but when I last played I tried a spooky western theme too, and it's fun to see someone else's take on it. Especially since yours is so well done.

So, basically this park is well over the 90% mark, no? You could never be bothered with those finishing touches, could you? Shame really, but at the same time I can understand. When did you last touch this? And have you played in between? Or would you say you are more or less through with your "rct ambitions"?

Thanks again SO MUCH for showing me this. I really thought I'd never see this.

    Ripsaw!! missed you.

This park had a big influence on me back in the day, it was so unique, loved how it was focused on coasters and held a creative theme to each one. Probably my favorite park that I've never seen in game.

Just incase anyone was up for it then...who would like to finish this, as you can see from the screen it's very full so there really is not a lot to do. It would be nice to send this in for acolade and see what it could get =]

Seeing as this was one of the first park I got to watch be built back when I started on the site, I would love love love to help finish this.  This was a huge influence in a lot of my earlier work and I would be honored to help finish the park.

  • Description

This was my last ever project back in 2011 i think,it marked my biggest work ever, but my computer died and I left it dead. There was many i know who wanted to see this finished. And one day i was planning on sending in for an Accolade back in the day. But alas it hit the dead pile..

But ive decided that it will be released very very soon. And somthing that was started many years ago will finally be made available.
