It's hard to tell a lot from such a zoomed out screen. The foliage looks extremely dense, and I feel it would look better thinned out. the landscaping might be more impressive if you made things have more dramatic changes or added rock formations or something else interesting, rather than just a gradual slope.
The foliage will be thinned out substantially when the ski runs are put in, as well as when rides, pools, and buildings are added. This is just a base for me to work from, knowing it will get less dense as I go on.
As far as rock formations go, I'm toying around with a few ideas, but nothing I've tried seems to convey the Appalachians well at all.
This is Foggy Mountain, a fictional mountain in western North Carolina. From October through March, it will operate as a ski resort. From March through October, it will operate as a waterpark.
