Yeah, the scale in this is throwing me off. The large windows (three levels) aren't lining up with the four levels of smaller windows, and the tree seems way too big compared to the building. Texturally and colors-wise, this is really nice, and it's great seeing you being more adventurous with your architectural forms, but the discrepancies in the scale still seem a bit distracting.
still looks like a small scale, I dunno what's stoksy is talking about... Looks good though, I like the colors and sidewalk
I was thrown by the size of the building. Saw the relatively large single structure and thought; 'wow that's bigger than what Faas usually builds'. But in retrospect, you're completely right about the scale. Looks too small in comparison with everything else now I look at it again, especially those trees.
I don't get what's wrong with the scale, I mean this is obviously meant to be not that realistic; he has spiral slides in the towers...people would die on those things probably...
It is in Budapest but not based on the grand budapest. Except for maybe the big trees in comparison, I seriously don't get what is wrong with the scale. Not all buildings have perfectly lined up windows right?
It is inspired by the Gellert Baths. I really like what you did to create the dome shapes on the ends of the building. The slide top is an elegant solution I would not have thought of. Honestly, I agree with the concerns about the scale. The building should be much larger than this and I wish you would convey that better. I know I am not a veteran on this site but I hope you'll take my comments seriously because this is my favorite project that's being worked on right now and I want you to take it to its fullest potential.
One of the most realistic looking building I have seen on here. Don't know what others are on about with the scale. Maybe the large trees are a bit off, but other than that, questioning the scale is baffling. Changing the scale in this screenshot would make it totally different to the rest of the park you've shown.
Anyway, great work and I can't wait to see more of this project.
As others have said, the scale is off. But I've noticed you seem to like building very small buildings and that's kind of your style. It just doesn't translate as well when you're building something that's supposed to be grand and monumental like this building.
I think to fix it you need another level between each window, especially the long 3x windows on each end, and scale the whole building accordingly. As of right now the floor plates of each level is too thin for a structure as large as this.

Heeeeey I'm watching that movie for the 2nd time in a few minutes. You've got the feel down, but I agree about the window issue and scale.

I really like this. Not everyone has to build exactly the same way... the scale doesn't bother me at all.

I dislike the trees in front of the entrance sign.
You could place the trees left and right of the sign, but please don't place them in front of it
