I realize this is early on in the building process but right now it feels kinda stale/empty. If you have diagonal fences, use them. Foliage needs to be alot better, right now its just a few trees. Path should be broken up more, planters or different textures. Its a good recreation of the entrance building, although I think it could be taller. As previously mentioned the hacked go kart track will help alot. Im a huge cedar point fan, I guess its considered my home park.
How much of the area are you going to include? Is it a design or are you going for a full recreation?
I would have made that building only one tile wide. maybe 3 toon blocks wide. your one seems bulky, while the real one is quite little. I think there's a lot of details and form that you're missing, which normally I wouldn't nitpick on, unless its a recreation. also, that non-diagonal fence is pretty bad.
That hole space in the tower section would be a great place for a Texas Giant sign About the structure though, I think you've done as well as is possible for what it is. I'd suggest sticking in more details like the bushes, bollards, benches and bins, and perhaps doing more so than is actually in the picture i.e. places bushes right up against the side of the building. But you're work is very neat and clear, and that's never a bad thing in my opinion.
Cedar Point's resort gate is atrocious. They actually have 4 gates, the main gate which thanks to Gatekeeper looks spectacular, the Marina gate and the Resort gate (this is the resort gate) that look like this and a small gate by Windseeker allowing beach access. The gate by Windeseeker is relatively nice and the Marina gate has very light use but this gate is extremely busy every morning with guests from all of the resorts lining up for early entry. I'm amazed that they haven't done anything to make it look better yet.

They probably think that a nice looking building would be out of place... lol.
Thanks for the comments everyone, I will be doing more work with the foliage and fences, I kind of didn't know what to do so I kind of wanted to see what people though.
I still might completely re build this, I'll have to go back after more of challenge park is complete and see how it fits.

Here is a picture of the building IRL for reference.

Best screen from this project so far, I wish you would build custom Go Kart tracks though instead of using the default track.

Also, I will be adding doors to the building as well, I just haven't found a quarter tile glass door yet.

Good start, thumbs up from me.

My only suggestion would be to add a bit more variation to those trees. Looks a bit monotonous now.

I don't think the texture is the right choice, structure is nice though, well done on the diagonals.
