I wouldn't submit it like this, take ITM up on his offer or you could even send it to me if you want. Take care of things like adding Peeps and changing the colors of the cars in the lot as it won't take a ton of time but it would make this exponentially better.
Even if you submitted it already I'd pull it down if nobody started working on it yet, this park is so close to being finished... why not finish it?

Please finish this the way you intended to finish it, cause what's there is guaranteed spotlight, so don't submit when you know you could just get some small stuff out of the way to get this 100%. Looks awesome.
