  I like the concept actually. I have been to many a festival in the Netherlands and have always loved them. Far better than our English counterparts. However I will say that they tend to be very colourful over there in Holland and the stages are quite extravagant.

  Dance valley is a good example of this. I feel more custom arena's would have been better with individual décor, perhaps a few dancing tents, they have board walks for people to walk on, more food and drink stalls, fun fairs, lighting. A Good basis to start with though and a cool concept

  Needs more atmosphere.  Try doing more with the terrain and landscaping, possibly up-scaling the architecture would help as well.
